Women in Ministry:

is a paradigm that we will be shifting too. The hope is to slit the corners of the programmatic box of women’s ministry, lay it flat to be inclusive of every woman who has a desire to serve the living Christ. It is an equipping ministry to teach and train women to reach their sphere of influence on a daily basis. The paradigm of Women in Ministry is an individual accountability to every woman who knows Christ as Savior and Lord to serve Him every day of her life in and through her personal sphere of influence. The Goal is primarily equipping women to be disciple makers, who in turn make disciple makers that influence impact the Kingdom for Christ.

What is the paradigm of women in ministry?  The definition of Women in Ministry is: “Any woman, who knows Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, recognizes that she has a sphere of influence in which she is to love out, and actively share the good news of who Jesus Christ is, and what He has done for her personally”.

1Peter 3:15 “But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord.  Always be prepared to an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have… But do this with gentleness and respect….”

Women’s Ministry:  is a programmatic vehicle that carries out the varied ministries God has called and gifted each believer to serve in and through.  However over the years I have witnessed and experienced the pain of separation and rejection that can come from women ministry teams.  Some women view women’s ministry as a segment ministry that only a few choose, or are chosen to be part of and the people they know participate.  In some instances it is considered a fluffy, tea-totaling ministry of fellowship and cliques.
